At Spartan, E-mail is our primary form of communication, and we understand that you may want to modify the amount of communication that comes from us.
We have created this handy FAQ to assist with subscribing and unsubscribing to our emails.
Our E-mail preferences page is broken up into 3 areas (diagram provided at the bottom of this article).
The top area of our preferences page (highlighted in blue) is where you would enter your personal information, including your name, email, and ZIP code.
The middle area (highlighted in red) is where you would subscribe to / update your email preferences that you receive from Spartan. All you need to do is put checks in the boxes in the emails you want to receive from us (you can always change this later).
The bottom area (highlighted in yellow) is where you would place a checkbox if you wish to unsubscribe from our emails.

Subscribing to Emails:
If you are subscribing to a certain type of email or simply modifying your current email preferences, you can choose from a handful of different types of emails to receive by checking the box next to the type of email you are looking to receive.
Spartan Updates & Offers - Stay up to date on the latest from Spartan. Receive our exclusive offers, news, and information that will change your life.
WOD (Workout of the Day) - Train like a Spartan. Sign up for workouts delivered direct to your inbox.
FOD (Food of the Day) - Eat like a Spartan. Sign up for recipes delivered direct to your inbox.
SGX Newsletter - Free training resources.
Podcast Updates - New episodes, interviews with thought leaders that will shift your thinking.
Shop Updates - Sign up for shop related updates and promotions delivered direct to your inbox.
Make sure to include your name, email address and ZIP code, this will allow us to customize the emails to your region.
Unsubscribing from Emails:
If you are unsubscribing from our emails, all you will need to do is provide your email in the email address box at the top of the page and enable the checkbox that says Unsubscribe All. After clicking on the Update Preferences button at the bottom of the page, your email is entered into our system to be removed and should be removed within the next 48 hours.
Note: Do not forget to click on the update preferences button at the bottom of the page. This is what will save / submit the data to our system to notify us of the changes you wish to receive.
