Prior to race day, you will receive:
- An email confirming your registration purchase
- Your official start time and your QR Code. (You will use your QR code to check in on race day.)
- Several important email updates - make sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Race Day Programme posted on your events-specific Race Page
Racer headband, timing chip, finisher shirt, and medals will not be mailed out before race day. These items are to be collected onsite at the event.
Your finisher medal will be presented to you at the end of your race at the finish line. In some cases, Finisher Shirts may not be handed out at the finish line; it is the racer's responsibility to locate the Finisher Shirt booth before leaving the event.
Please do not forget to grab these items before you leave the event, as we are not able to mail out these items after the event weekend has passed.
