If you've registered for a race but would like to change your start time, this article will outline that process.

To change your wave time within your current heat category:
- Log in to your Spartan Account
- Click your profile button in the top right, then select Events.
- Choose the race you would like to change the times for.
- Click the 3 dots on the right and select Change Information.
- Then click CHANGE next to your current start block.
- Scroll down to "WAVE TIME".
- Select your new desired wave time for your current heat from the drop-down menu.
- Please note that you will not be able to select times that are sold out.

- Scroll down and re-sign the waiver, and then click "Update Information".
Please note: If you are running with a team, your team members will be grouped within the preferred time that the majority of the team chose.
To change to a different heat (Elite, Age Group, Early Morning, Open):
If you registered for your event with a Season Pass or Trifecta Pass, please contact Customer Service at info@ca.spartan.com for help.

- Log in to your Spartan Account
- Click your profile button in the top right, then select Events.
- Choose the race you would like to change the times for.
- Click the 3 dots on the right and then click Upgrade Ticket.
- Click CHANGE next to your current Start Block.
- Select the new time block you would like to change to. Please note that you will only be able to move into a time block that is not sold out, with no exceptions.
- Scroll down to "WAVE TIME".
- Select your new desired start block for your new heat from the drop-down menu
- Please note that you will not be able to select times that are sold out.
- Scroll down and re-sign the waiver, and then click "Update Information".
- After you choose your new wave block, you'll get a screen confirming the charges (if any).
- You will be responsible for paying the difference in price between the price you paid for your current start time and the current cost of the new start time. There will also be a small Service Fee added to your order for online processing. You will not be refunded if you choose to move from a higher-priced time block to a lower-priced time block.
Important:
- If you are running with a team, your team members will be grouped within the preferred time that the majority of the team chose.
- Teammates who are registered for different categories will NOT be combined into a single time.
- Specific start times ARE NOT guaranteed.
