However, it is important to note that during the registration process, you are not permitted to combine or stack multiple promotional discounts, credits, deferral codes, or any other types of coupons. This policy applies to all forms of discounts, including but not limited to Groupon offers, GovX discounts, special passes, and any other promotional codes or offers.
We strongly encourage you to plan ahead, as we are unable to apply any discounts retroactively or provide refunds for any payments made after your registration is complete. Once you have finalized your registration and submitted your payment, no further adjustments or reimbursements for discounts can be made.
Please note: No code, discount, credit, or membership status—including Season Pass, Trifecta Pass, Unbreakable Pass, and similar memberships—will reduce or waive any of the registration add-on fees. These fees are not eligible for discounts under any circumstances.
